自动调节磨耗补偿的中轴垫片设计可长时间运作, 减少维护和密封件更换的频率，此设计非常适合搭配自动控制的气缸或电动头使用。及至密封垫片被磨损至弹簧补偿的极限时，流体会经由阀体颈部的视窗中流出，使现场使用者发现，并于洩漏初期更换阀门或密封件，同时保护在上方的趋动器。
