4. For the pipeline connected to the valve, be sure to clean it.


5. Compressed air can be used to blow away iron oxide scraps, mud sand, welding slag and other debris. These debris, not only easy to scratch the sealing surface, including large particles of debris (such as welding slag), but also can block the ball valve and make it ineffective.


6. When installing the screw valve, the sealing filler (thread and lead oil or polytetrafluoroethylene raw material belt) should be wrapped on the pipe thread, do not get into the valve, so as to avoid valve memory accumulation and affect the flow of the medium.


7. When installing flange valves, pay attention to tighten the bolts symmetrically and evenly.


8. The flange is not parallel to the pipe flange, and the gap is reasonable to avoid excessive pressure and even cracking of the valve. For stainless steel ball valves with brittle materials and low strength, pay particular attention to the stainless steel ball valves welded with pipes, which should be spot-welded first, and then fully open the closing parts, and then welded dead.
